Improvements and Fixes in Documentation, Including Corrected Command Usage

While going through our documentation, I came across a few areas that needed some adjustments. Here are the updates I made:

1. Account Manager README: Corrected a crucial mistake in the command line instruction. It's ./account_manager, not ./accounts_manager. This correction is vital for functionality.
2. Detailed Guide Section: Fixed a spelling error – changed 'subsitute' to 'substitute'.
3. SIGILL Warning Message: Small update from 'advice' to 'advise' for better accuracy.
4. Beacon Node API Description: Replaced 'confirms' with 'conforms' to correct the term.
5. Lighthouse UI & Contributing Sections: Made a few sentence adjustments for readability.
6. Broadcast Modes Section: Updated 'occuring' to 'occurring'.
7. Help Beacon Node Section: Corrected 'Explictly' to 'Explicitly'.
8. Development Environment Section: Changed 'know' to 'known' – a minor typo.
9. README: Modified 'periodical' to 'periodic' in the blog description.
