Extend getAliasesOnSale with account entry

We should extend the current getAliasesOnSale API with a new parameter "account-id". If this is entered the API should only return the offers to this set account aka directSale or privateSale.

Account = Seller Buyer = Account who could buy the offer

So we can search for mySales or myPrivateOffers
