deleted 18 line #url: 'http://localhost:8125' # solo mining testnet, other stuff is done by github

The "other stuff" is just @shefass client adding a newline where there wasn't one before. It's fine. Most linux systems expect a newline at the end of the file from legacy behavior but it's not required. This won't help or hurt anything.
