New User Activation Notice / Welcome text with faucet. Please explain why this is needed.
I believe a lot of people's first questions are along the lines of why do we need to "activate" our burst accounts.
We should be able to answer this question right when it arises. I think both a simple answer, and a technical answer should both be covered. Also, possibly answer why this isn't needed for other coins.
I propose adding this to the wiki, and linking to it within the new user text.

The point of me opening this was to suggest taking advantage of the opportunity to educate people. Why do you have to "activate"? What is the difference between the pin and the word salad generation? Etc. This isn't part of the workflow, which looks great btw.
