Error notifications in MessagesModule do not work

NotifierService doesnt seem to work in the MessagesModule

Weird....is this for normal or encrypted messages? Sure that the new account already exists on the blockchain, i.e. has at least one transaction?

Looks like you are right. Sending unencrypted messages appears to work to new accounts.

I was being thrown off because the errors are being swallowed when trying to send a decrypted msg to a new account. I've updated the ticket accordingly.
