Add more fiat currencies

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Right now the only fiat currencies are USD & GBP, please add others like CAD etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. Make this selectable in settings so Phoenix wallet doesn't have to many different numbers.

Mobile will get its own issue... In Phoenix Desktop would be good to have a selector then
