Installation requires Xcode

Hi,

I tried to install the project with the instructions in CONTRIBUTING.md, but I encountered a lot of errors related to the compilation of fourseven:scss which were fairly inscrutable. After trying and failing to change the version to something with a precompiled version, it turned out that I needed to install XCode (the full application, just the developer tools that I already had were insufficient). If we can't remove this dependency, could I add something to the CONTRIBUTING.md guide that mentions this?

Oof. Definitely a good idea to put something in CONTRIBUTING.md. Perhaps we could link to this guide which is a dependency of fourseven:scss. Maybe in a troubleshooting section of CONTRIBUTING.md? Thoughts?
