failed registration [904] - 401 unauthorized

Describe the bug FreeSwitch is loosing registration "suddenly". Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Don't find the reason yet. My SIP provider is telling me everything is fine at their end and let me know that my server is often not answering "401 unauthorized" messages from their server.

SIP provider has no idea and unfortunateley me too. :-(

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. installing bbb (latest) on fresh created cloud server
2. created dial in option by creating gateway.xml and dialpan
3. restarted freeswitch

Expected behavior A voice prompting me conference PIN permanently.
