Add: -s key adding log events filter UUID on fs_cli startup

With this patch user weill be able to run fs_cli with log events being filtered with paticular UUID. Example: fs_cli -s 7a691740-6074-4217-854e-2858bb5efcd1

This will show only log lines for future call with origination_uuid=7a691740-6074-4217-854e-2858bb5efcd1

There is mod_sofia unit-test failed. This failure is nnot related to patch. is it possible to run unit-test again?
