Update mod_lcr_6587457.mdx to increase readability

I have found that the code and sql snippets were barely readable and wanted to fix that.

Added some code blocks around code & sql snippets, as well as keywords

Hey @hey-august, what is the development flow in this project? Is there anything I can do to receive a review? As I have been working with freeswitch for a few years now I wrote quite a bit of documentation for me personally and would like to contribute back to improve the official documentation so it can help everybody. Thanks!
