Hello Olivier,

Thanks for reporting this. This is indeed worrying.

To debug I would recommend figuring out the frequency of one of the local DVB muxes that you can receive fine with PadTV.

What you can try:

  • Manual tuning in Aerial TV on that frequency.
  • Using the advanced interface of the driver to confirm if any signal is detected on these frequencies. Also would be good to see things like mux speed and lost frames per second, all of which should be visible on the driver screen.

Hello Martin I finally get the channel list.

I can’t explain why it’s work this now.

May be it’s because I send the application in background. Maybe it’s because I connect the adb debugger (by wifi) Maybe because I get the description of the usb device with the application “usb device data”.

I try to make several scan now it’s always a success.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Regards Olivier

Hey Oliver,

It is possible that if you used PadTV and didn't unplugged the device before launching Aerial TV that some weird interaction has occurred between the drivers. Whatever PadTV is using is different from the Linux driver that this project is based on so there certainly can be discrepancies.
