Address field doesn't seems to work on Android

I have an address field on one of my content type on Drupal, when I use my Android app to create new content in this content type, the address field only show the country and there's no other fields to enter the address, city..etc

Any advice on how to fix this one would much appreciated. Cheers

@fkaufusi You'll need to enable USB debugging on your device, and use Chrome's "Inspect devices" tool to monitor the JavaScript Console Log and the Network activity. Both of those tools are available in Chrome's developer tools. This will give you critical insight into what is happening, and a way for me to efficiently help resolve the issue. Please report relevant console and network activity here.
