Remove Images from Image Field

There does not appear to be a way to remove images from Image Fields. Is this a feature not currently supported?

@mkinnan There has been some movement, it has been happening here: https://github.com/signalpoint/DrupalGap/issues/455

It's got quite a ways to go, but is paving the way for a more unified file experience across web app mode and cordova mode. I've got a bunch more on my local machine that I need to attach to commit to that branch (issue-455) as well.
