Android app cannot run in Android 9 and Android 10

Hello, I tried an app by this. The app is well for all iOS. But in Andoird phone, It is ok only for below android 8. The app still can install and run. But stop to load in main page/home page. Drupal 7, using webform. Anyone can help? Many thanks
