any reason for not fixing requirement refresh in tox itself?

I would like to know if there are any reasons for adding this outside tox itself? To me this looks like a product bug that needs to be fixed.

Hi, @ssbarnea I completely agree with you, it has to be fixed in the tox itself. The fix is a combination of time and knowledge of tox code-base. I found it hard to find the right combination.

I want it to be smart, like @signalpillar :) the code is more documentation than logic, and comes with tests. And here today I'm enjoying the new -p auto feature of tox and thinking, this is pretty smart now...

Thanks for sharing, I'll check it. Most critical moment for me at the moment is test environment recreation time.
