Make each lang independent + splk-py-trace error

If I just want Java and no other, first steps refers to something in Python. SO then I have to go back there and start reading Python even tho dont want python.

Then I run the setup and get this error:

splk-py-trace: command not found

OK , so I fixed it by running a sudo apt update and then a : sudo sh multipass.sh

then the splk-py-trace python3 flask-server.py worked.

where did this happen? i just ran through whole thing and it was fine.
