Low image quality when using Share Sheet to share photos with Signal

Bug description

When using the Share function from the Photos app, picture quality of the send photo is a lot lower than when sending it directly from within Signal. (A lot lower than both Standard and High quality settings.)

Steps to reproduce

• Open iOS photos app
• Share a photo with Signal (with a panoramic photo the quality degradation is most obvious)
• Send it with Signal

Actual result: Picture quality is a lot lower than when selecting the photo directly within Signal and choosing Standard quality.

Expected result: Picture quality should be the same as Standard or High quality setting, depending on the users chosen default.

Device info

Device: iPhone 12 Pro

iOS version: 18.4.1

Signal version: 7.57 This has been an issue for a long time, with other devices and older iOS/Signal versions as well.
