Screen lock unlocks too slow

Bug description

Screen lock is slower than expected when unlocking with Face ID. See comparison with GitHub's screen lock attached. Github's is near instant, Signal's is much slower. Signal takes 94 frames @ 53.88 fps = 1.74 sec. Github takes less than 0.4 sec. This isn't a massive difference but it adds up and becomes increasingly more annoying throughout the day.

Steps to reproduce

• Enable Face ID screen lock with instant timeout

Actual result: Slower than expected

Expected result: Faster unlock
