Voice Messages stopped working on iOS

Bug description

When receiving a voice message it doesn't save on the phone, so i can only play it on my desktop app. I have reproduced this multiple times in the recent days. When sending a message it is recorded but not sent nor saved. I tried this multiple times, too.

Steps to reproduce

• Receive voice message
• voice message isn't downloaded. cancel download, retry, nothing works.
• Send voice message
• voice message isn't sent nor saved

Device info

Device: iPhone 13 Pro

iOS version: iOS 17.6.1

Signal version: 7.26.1 (updated today, didn't work on last version either)

I am experiencing something similar, namely that the preview for an audio message I received is loading forever. So I cannot jump to a specific time in an audio message.
