Impatiently sending link-only story early results in empty story

Bug description

1. Have an unstable internet connection.
2. Create a new story. (Enter no text.)
3. Tap the link icon.
4. Enter a URL.
5. Before the first loading process of the link preview finishes, tap the check-mark button.
6. Before the second loading process of the link preview finishes, tap the send button.

Expected result

Either:

• Signal waits until the link preview is loaded and only then sends the story.
• Signal sends just the text link without a rich link preview.

Actual result

Signal sends an empty story with no content. No URL text, no rich link preview. Just the coloured background.
