Usernames won't sync with desktop app

Bug description

So I set Signal username in Android app. However, when I see desktop app, the username field is completely blank. I notice that usernames just won't sync from time to time.

The issue has started when I re set up phone with existing signal number and pin and then resynced desktop app.
