Need a distinct icon for "Signal is unlocked" notification

Bug description

When Signal is unlocked, the icon in the notification bar is just a padlock. I find this too generic and it can get confused with other apps.

I suggest the icon should be changed to the normal Signal logo with a small padlock in the bottom-right.

I found this was also suggested in 2014 in issue #651 and was fixed then, but seems to have reverted in the meantime.
