Fail to send high quality photos

Bug description

Signal on android fails to send high quality pictures. The picture is a 6752x12000 81MP 16.29MB picture taken with a S21 Ultra. The picture fails to load on the preview, and clicking send fails to send it. Down sampling the image and then sending it through signal worked.
