Notification sounds while recording voice messages in active chat

Bug description
When I record a voice message while using the app, incoming messages from the recipient trigger a notification sound, even though I am already in the same exact conversation. This results in voice messages capturing a loud notification sound, which is both disruptive and frustrating.
This also occurs on Signal Desktop with the ‘bubble’ sound, for which I opened an issue here, but does not happen on iOS.
