Bug description

When I send a message, it disappears and is not displayed as a sent message. At the same time, I cannot receive any messages at this time. After a certain time (usually between 10 minutes and 3 hours) the message is normally sent. However, it also happens that the message is not sent at all and appears as a draft. signal backup size 16.79 GB
