Cannot delay forwarded message

Bug description

When forwarding a message from one contact to another and long pressing the send button the menu to delay sending the message to a later time/date does not come up.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Long press a message.
2. Choose forward.
3. Select a contact.
4. Long press the send-button.

Expected outcome:

Menu to select time and date pops up.

Observed outcome:

Message sends immediately after releasing the press.
