Bug description

During a video call, after a small amount of time (usually varying from 5-15 minutes), the camera stops working. Attempts to reopen the camera briefly work, but the camera is closed again around 1 second later. The recipient of the looses video feed when the camera stops working. This issue seems unique to Signal, other video messaging apps seem to be working fine.

Steps to reproduce

• start video call
• after 5-15 minutes camera stops working
• Able to reopen from bottom dialog, but closes right away.

Actual result: camera closes. Expected result: Camera stays open during video call.
