Emoji picker not scrollable on group story reply

Bug description

When using the emoji picker for replies to group stories, I can‘t scroll through the emojis so I can only use the emojis that are initially visible. The emojis for story reactions work fine, but the picker for the normal text field doesn‘t.

Steps to reproduce

• Open a group story
• Tap the reply text field
• Open the emoji picker
• Try to scroll through the emojis

Actual result: the emoji list is not scrollable Expected result: scrollable emoji picker

Device info

Device: Google Pixel 6 Android version: 14 Build UQ1A.240105.002 Signal version: 6.44.3

I can confirm the same behavior. Note that in order for the bug to appear you have to tap the emoji button in the input bar, not by tapping the 3-dot button.
