Saving all media saves only a portion of them and results an error

Bug description

I’m trying to save thousands of media files from years of chatting, but it seems only a portion of files will be saved and the operation will end with an error message: "Error while saving attachements to storage!"

Longer decription

I open the Chat view and open one of my friends. Then I select "All media" from the three-dot menu. I go to "All", long press one thumb to select it and then hit "Select all".

In this case, 10940 files (9.1 GB) are now selected. I have 35 GB of free space in my phone, so there’s enough space. Then I hit "Save" and it says "Saving 10940 attachements to storage..."

After a while the operation ends with an error message "Error while saving attachements to storage!". I open my file browser and see that there’s new files in three folders: Pictures, Music, and Movies. It seems that altogether only 4852 files were saved. I deleted the saved files and tried it again few times, but every time I got the same error after a while of waiting.

About the "I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates", there's been similar, but they haven't included what the error message says, or not included error log.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the Chat view of Signal app
• Open one of the friends on the list
• Select "All media" from the three-dot menu
• Select "All", then long press one thumb to select it and hit "Select all"
• All should be now selected, then hit "Save"

Actual result: After a while I get "Error while saving attachements to storage!" and find that only a portion of the files have been saved. Expected result: A message "Media saved", and all files saved.

I updated to 6.43.2 today and tested how saving media files worked this time. The result was the same: saving ended up with an error and only less than half of the selected media files were saved. Debug log here:
