Calendar sharing

At this time you cannot use Flock to manage a shared calendar. We would really like to support this feature in the future but the cryptography required to make this work is significantly more complex than what we currently have running.

Users with shared calendars should skip importing the shared calendars on setup.

I'm using the same flock account on two mobiles in order to share the calendar (with my wife). The only problem I have is that my flock contacts are also immediately synced to the other mobile when installing flock. Afterwards I have to clean up all flock contacts manually (on my wife's mobile) while contact sync is disabled. This is annoying. It would be good if during installation flock asks me if it should activate (automatic) contact sync.

+1 What @mayerflash came up with seems like a decent workaround. Having the ability to turn off contact syncing would make this a useful workaround for now.
