MariaDB better upgrade to major version

First we need to introduce a shutdown for upgrade should set innodb_fast_shutdown=0 When using container we could add MARIADB_AUTO_UPGRADE=1 env variable in the service , do a first start and MARIADB_AUTO_UPGRADE=0 and start again
