[FEAT] Update all

It would be nice if the "update" works globally like the "all" for transfer. (or the "all" to no create duplicated playlists and update them instead)

Maybe by searching pl with the same name or, after the "all" transfer, storing the id of the pl created on the yt and linking it for the one in spotify.

What your looking for is an --update flag for all.
