Align E2E tests

While working on #81,

I found that the tests executed during the pipeline (e2e) are different from the tests you can execute locally (e2e). One is based on bats and tests only the API, on the other side, the local e2e opens a cypress window to tests e2e in a browser.

This is something we have to align
