chore: updated source paths

• paths moved from .spec.modules to .spec.distribution.modules
• indent template functions are now dynamic for tolerations/ nodeSelector
• fixed paths to vendor module's folders

After testing the PR together we found that:

• Git clone defaults to HTTPS and fails with private repositories
• The .kind field is not available
• The kfd.yaml file schema is missing the networking module
• Improve the errors for the tools binaries version check
• DistributionVersion is checked against Furyctl version, it should not
