Api gets disconnect automatically

After scanning the QR code, the API works properly for just a few minutes and then it disconnects itself and then we need to scan new QR code making the last session useless. Any insight why this could be happening? here is a screenshot of it: Screenshot 2020-09-25 at 7 23 10 PM
