Smart Highlighter: Change the color of the indicator panel

Hi. Is there any way to change the color of the indicator panel? The thing is that when using a dark theme, and the indicator panel is very distracting, standing out from the overall color background. Also may it be possible to auto-hide the indicator panel and it only appears when the text is highlighted by double click?

How did you change the colors so that you have dark mode? Which operating system do you use?
