Display available office hours as a list of datetimes. Click on a time to see who is available with links to the user profile.

Users can easily create office hours

Users should be able to say "every wednesday for the following 4 weeks" and similar. As limited by django-calendar.

A way to request office hours, i.e. "i need help on [subject]" or "I need help at [datetime]"
