Merged options for translate page in context menu.

In the last version 1.8.0 there is the option for display in page and tab context menu, the option for "Translate this page". I suggest to divide in two option because in my case (and maybe many other users) will never use the context menu in tab for translate a page. Thanks for the great tool.
