How can I get around / fix it?

I probably know why, you need to change your network IP, Google restricted your IP.

Perhaps the problem is that whenever you select text makes a request to translate, and then another request when you click on the icon. Thus many translations are made that are not needed

I can still use google translate, but can't use Simple translate
