Don't save pinned tabs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I get frustrated with duplicate pinned tabs when I restore tabs.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like it to be possible to set whether or not to save pinned tabs on the settings screen. As an alternative. I would like it to be possible to set in the settings screen that when restoring a tab, if there is already a tab with the same URL, it will not open.
