Make ignore list work on "add the current window"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I used "add the current window", "chrome://newtab/" has been added, but it is in "URL list to ignore when saving session".

newTab exists most of the time. I use an extension to keep a single pinned page to prevent Chrome from closing when the last tab of the last window is closed.
