[suggestion] Add an option to Delete all sessions EXCEPT user saved

I'm a new user so maybe I'm not fully understand how to configure the extension. But, regarding user saved (i.e. custom tags), it appears they are lost if the auto save pushes them past the limit. I think the max session limit should only apply to the auto saved sessions. Manually saved sessions should only be manually changed or deleted.

My manually saved sessions are sort of like a template of needed tabs for doing certain work. I also don't want the this "manual session template" to be saved on itself. It can be saved as a new auto saved session (i.e. an instance of that template) but the "template session" should not be changed. These "template sessions" should only be changed manually.

Is there such ability with the current configuration options? Basically:

1. An option to prevent manually saved sessions from being lost by the max limit.
2. An option to make sure the "template session" remains locked to any automated changes.
3. The ability to rename the tags would be nice as well.

I second this request. For users who have set in options to save more than 2 of each type of auto saved sessions, this feature can help in cleaning the interface.
