TSM refuses to work

Almost all of my tabs disappeared. When I went to restore them, the icon for Tab Session Manager did not appear. So I have no way to restore a previous session.

Launch Firefox I noticed that only last tab on the other windows and only the last 10 tabs on my main window are remembered. Several hundred other tabs are lost. Went to click on the tab session manager icon and it does not appear in the task bar Went to Add-ons page and verified that tab session manger is still installed and active. Confirmed that it is, I'm stuck. How do I get the UI to appear so I can restore an older session?

Try with the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+L (this is the default I believe)
