Using Brave, tab group names do not restore.
I'm on Brave. [Version 1.65.122 Chromium: 124.0.6367.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)]
Upon restoring a session, the tab groups are restored but the names of the groups are blank. Also side note: the color of the groups isn't restored so they are restored as random colors.
ANOTHER side note: there is no indication in the session lists that tabs are part of a group.
I tried both with and without Save Tab Groups extension. By the way, the groups save even without Save Tab Groups extension installed.

In the screenshot, note the yellow, red, and blue group are collapsed. The white group should be named "Unraid".
This is due to conflicts with the built-in Tab Groups Save (which I'm not 100% clear how it works exactly). The only working solution is to disable Brave updates and stay at Version 1.74.51 Chromium: 132.0.6834.160 (Official Build) (64-bit). Higher version results in various errors, including the below:
