Local URLs don't open on Chrome

Short description

Tab-Session-Manager can't recover local URLs.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Save a session that contains a local URL.
  2. Open Tab-Session-Manager.
  3. Double-click on the local URL to open on a new tab.

Result

A message appears saying that Tab-Session-Manager can't open this page.

Platform information

  • Platform (OS): Windows 11
  • Version of browser: Google Chrome 123.0.6312.86
  • Version of Tab Session Manager: 6.12.2

Additional context

The same issue is described here: https://github.com/sienori/Tab-Session-Manager/issues/931 but for Firefox. I use Chrome. I searched for a setting I've seen in other extensions to allow access to file URLs but there wasn't such a setting for Tab-Session-Manager.
