[Feature Request] Tab or window navigation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I usually work with many tabs and windows, since this plugin can track changes of tabs and windows, wouldn't it be nice if there is a way to navigate to our tracked tab or window.

Describe the solution you'd like When tab or window that we already tracked got clicked then navigate to it
