Background issue.

Short description

I can't open any of the tabs in background, even with extensions like force background tab.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start browser with clean profile
2. Install Tab Session Manager.
3. CTRL + Click or Middle-click a saved tab.

Expected result

The new tab will be in the background.

Actual result

But it will open in the foreground, not the Background.

Any hope of fixing this bug? It's my only real issue with this extension.

It is also possible I misunderstood and mine is a different issue...

For me, ctrl-click opens a tab, almost as expected, except in the foreground.

Middle click shows the vertical scroll arrows, doing nothing else.

What I would like to be able to do is middle click links and have them open in the background, just as they would do on a website.
