<ix-tabs> Tabs cannot be scrolled by touch

What happened?

The IX-Tabs cannot be scrolled by touch, only when pressing the arrows on the side. This is confusing and inconvenient user experience.

What type of frontend framework are you seeing the problem on?

Angular
