[Request] Apply dwm-swallow patch

Add dwm-swallow patch (Luke Smith on dwm-swallow): "DWM has a somewhat unique patch called swallow which automatically positions a window opened from a terminal over that terminal that would otherwise be non-responsive, uncloseable and thus a big annoyance." It really is a handy patch but I wasn't able to patch it due to my lack of skill and experience with patching. Patch: https://dwm.suckless.org/patches/swallow/

Getting back to this, the patch seems to me that it's too big. You can easily append a & disown at the end of the command that opens a new window in those cases where you have to open a new window from terminal (do you open windows like this regularly?). What I'm saying is, I don't think it's worth it from a maintainability point of view.
