Hello, We are interested in running this tool on our TCR seq data. We have multiple cohorts of cancer patients, responders and non-responders plus a big cohort of COVID patients, and covid vaccinated patients. We would very much like to study these samples using your tool. However, as I was reviewing the documentations I could not follow through all the steps to run this tool. Are you planning to add more instructions? Or would you be able to send us detailed documentations on how to run this tool?
